Spivak Architects worked in partnership with film and advertising editorial house Gattie and Lopez to craft their new Midtown Manhattan headquarters. The collaboration resulted in open light filled spaces that were carefully configured and detailed to accommodate the sound transmission and visual requirements of recording / editing studios.
