The owner Vanbarton hired Spivak Architects to create a standard pre-build program that would be presented to prospective tenants. The following pages detail potential pre-builds, including finishes and bathroom & furniture layouts. As more floors became vacant, we continued developing the pre-builds and executing test fits.
